Just a few photos of the celebrations that have been held in our lovely country, it certainly makes you very proud. The pageant was amazing just such a shame about the weather.
and last night a fantastic concert held in front of Buckingham Palace
Normal blog services will resume later this week! hope everyone enjoyed the celebrations, needless to say it is absolutely pouring down here in Devon, oh well back to the ironing board!

Totally agree, the whole country in harmony, proud to be British and long may it continue. Maybe this jubilee will bring new bringings and strength to our the glorious United Kingdom....superb photographs.

ReplyDeleteA great and beautiful Day in the History, what a marvellous show on he Thames ! I watch on TV during all the afternoon ! Her Majesty the Queen has a wonderful clothes. And Princess Catherine was wonderful !

I loved the flotilla, the concert, the Thanksgiving service....all of it !!

It was a wonderful long weekend, and when not scoffing scones and tea we were glued to the television and watching the events unfold. The Queen looked marvelous and the Thames pageant was a brilliant sight despite the rain - did you see the poor choir! As a result, I too have been VERY absent from my blog, but as you say - normal service to resume shortly - lol!
