I think we may have found it!!

I am keeping very quite but I think we have found our new home!! If I say thatched, pretty, beams - in the country yet near a city I will say no more, but I think by May we will be in our new home - I will keep you posted. but keep any photos until we have moved in.
It was such a beautiful day when we found it, and had our first picnic here,

and then bumped into these little fellows who  seem to have strayed out of their field.
Today once again blue skys and it was a trip to our nearby beach

then back home for tea and lovely toasted fruit loaf
and then to watch the Rugby I have to say the OH is not very happy at the moment!!
I meanwhile am going through all my magazines
I have to get rid of some of the old ones as I have a cupboard full and now I need to start to think about packing up this house and starting afresh!!
I hope you all are having a lovely weekend and hope you all have this lovely sunshine that we have had today, a sign of warmer days to come. I have loved all your comments and know I have been remiss in not visiting you all - but I am setting aside some time tomorrow to visit you all.

I have to clear all mags out every so often, but go thru them all and tear out all the pages I like and keep them in a folder for future reference!

    Happy sorting

  8. You are one lucky lady. I would love to live in such a gorgeous area - and your hoped for new home sounds perfection.

Those beach shots make me very envious.

  9. I've been lurking here for a little while and thought it's time to come out of the shadows and be a bit more sociable.

    So.....hello. :)

I love Coast magazine too - another favourite is Sussex Life. My magazine pile is quite intimidating - bon courage for sorting through lot.

  18. I`M SO PLEASED FOR YOU...
IT JUST SHOWS THAT DREAMS DO COME THROUGH!
I JUST BEEN DE-CLUTTERING ALL MY MAGAZINES AND IT FEELS GOOD TO LET THEM GO.
ACTUALLY I WILL NEVER BUY A MAGAZINE EVER AGAIN... AFTER REALIZING THAT OVER THE PERIOD OF 10 YEARS, I MIGHT HAVE SPENT OVER £1OOO.00!
    SCARY, ISN`T IT!
